I had ptosis correction around 4 years ago, and I liked the double eyelid when I opened my eyes in a sleepy, half-open way, so I thought it would be nice if the double eyelid were visible even when I opened my eyes clearly. When I usually open my eyes wide, I look way too intense, like a Goryeo-era warrior, so that was a bit much too... So while I was at it, I decided to ask about canthoplasty too and wentㅋㅋㅋ
The director looked at my eyes and looked at the photos I brought of what I wanted, then said,
"Your eyes are already large, so I don't think you need canthoplasty. Since you already have a line and your skin is on the thicker side, I think we should only set the line higher with a non-incisional method." That's what they told me.
Then they held the line with a wooden stick, and a line similar to my current one did form a bit higher, but maybe because my skin is thick, it did look faint.
Still, since I'm a man, that much should be just right...? Rather than my usual sharp impression, I wanted a slightly more innocent, pretty, rounded feeling. I also usually felt disappointed because the inner-corner side around the epicanthal fold looked kind of squashed. I hope it goes well...
