Before<Before>Before<Before>Before<Before>After<After>After<After>After<After>While looking into revision surgery because of silicone movement + show-through + nasal tip cartilage show-through + dissatisfaction with the shape (long and pointy), I went to consultations at many clinics, but I only heard that the silicone movement issue would be difficult to correct 100%. Then I learned about E-Nofit at Oblige, and because I thought the correction rate would go up since it adheres more closely, I decided on E-Nofit.
And above all, since I thought of this as my final surgery, I tended to have a lot of questions, but they even looked up papers and explained things to me, so I trusted them. They also let my mother watch the surgical process in real time on CCTV, so I was able to let go of some of my fear about anesthesia.
Now that one month has passed, the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested has recovered 100%, and my ear still hurts, but I know there are many people like me whose ear hurts the longest. The most important thing, my nose! First of all, the silicone show-through and nasal tip cartilage show-through I had are gone! On top of that, as my pinched nose improved, the front view became much softer. The nose that looked long because of septal extension also improved, and it went from a pointy nose to a rounder nose, so the harmony with my face got better. The uneven nostrils all improved, and the side profile got much better. Before surgery, mine was a case where a septal cartilage strut had been built, then it bent and collapsed, so since it has now been firmly built with autologous costal cartilage, I hope it holds up well for the rest of my life~!
