I visited 3 places for consultations, and I had surgery last Saturday at the last place I went to.
The consultations at the first and second hospitals were truly the worst,, lol
At both places, I had to wait endlessly, to the point where I wondered why they even had appointment times.. And it’s not like the consultations were satisfying either..
Especially on the day of my appointment at the second hospital, I also had my third hospital consultation scheduled after that, so I needed to finish quickly and go, but the wait got so long that it was really cutting it close, you know? I seriously waited almost 40 minutes ㅡㅡ I finally met the director, but I couldn’t even understand what he was saying, and he was mumbling and joking around? while consulting me; When I showed him a photo of Shin Se-kyung, he said that in decades of doing plastic surgery in Seoul, he had never heard anyone say a “second Shin Se-kyung” had appeared, and was like, “What do you think that means?” while being sarcastic; like, what do you want me to doㅠ ㅠㅠ I was seriously annoyed. Then after waiting again^^….. ha, I met the consultant. The consultant told me to just trust her and not go to the 3rd place, and to put down a deposit,,,, saying she had worked there as a consultant for over 10 years and that the third hospital was some no-name placeㅠㅠ….. And there was a surgery date I wanted,,, she flipped through the calendar by herself and said there was exactly one slot left on that day, and that if I didn’t book today it would definitely get filled ㅠ That kind of thing just made me distrust them so much too… And she said if I wanted surgery that day, I had to do some kind of test today, a 3-part test..? That alone cost 100,000 won, and she said it absolutely had to be done one week before nose surgery, so I should put down a deposit right away… ha, I was so turned off that I definitely didn’t want to do it there. When I said it was almost time for my third hospital consultation and that I had to go, she was like none of that mattered and wouldn’t let me leave lolololol I was seriously annoyed,, I barely escaped as if running away. Thankfully I really liked the third hospital, so I put down a deposit and was resting at a nearby cafe, when that second place called me…. (They had clearly said before I left that the designated director was fully booked with consultations even after mine^^).. lololol I just ignored it..
This was my first time seeing a place that pressured me this strongly to put down a deposit, and it was also my first time seeing a place that did a 3-part test before nose surgery, so I was a bit flustered.. Are there a lot of hospitals like this?ㅠㅠ Anyway, I wrote this so everyone who will be going around for consultations can keep it in mind.. I’m on vacation, so I’m so bored,,
