I brought a review of revision rhinoplasty, silicone replacement + correction of a bulbous nose tip

Before/after/after I had septal cartilage + nose-tip Cogelko + replacement of the bridge silicone + correction of a bulbous nose tip (lowering the nostril rim). I had nose surgery almost 10 years ago, got severe inflammation, had the silicone removed, then replaced, and my nose was a total mess. So after my last nose surgery, I spent about 10.. years... just thinking I should give up on the shape of my nose and live with it. People said I was pretty if I covered only my nose, so I went to lots of revision consultations, but everyone told me to use autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage, so I gave up on revision even more But thanks to Director Kim In-sang confidently telling me he could do everything with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, I finally had revision rhinoplasty On the day of surgery, they didn't even put cotton in my nose, so it was so comfortable, and there was much less swelling than I expected, and it didn't even hurt, so I just lay sprawled out and slept deeply>_< I was excited and took lots of photos at home even with the splint on I'm so impatient by nature that even though I was supposed to remove the splint on day 7, I secretly removed it at home on day 5.. But seriously, I wondered if this was really someone on day 5; there was no swelling at all, and my side profile came back so much that I proudly escaped being someone who only looked good in a mask and now go around without one kkyareuk>_< I should have had surgery with Director Kim In-sang sooner I will honor him as the father of my nose.. I love you
