I had my primary surgery with donor costal cartilage, and it ended up too high, so I had revision surgery using the reused autologous costal cartilage, but the silicone got inflamed, so I'm planning to remove the silicone + harvest new autologous costal cartilage and have another revision surgery.
I'm not going to use silicone at all. My nose was originally low and showed my nostrils a bit, so I'm thinking of using only newly harvested autologous costal cartilage for the columella and nasal tip.
There won't be much chance of side effects, right..
I'm seriously getting revision surgery every six months, and my life feels so sad, I feel like I cry every day..
The photo is my nose after revision surgery. It turned out natural, so I didn't want to have surgery again, but the silicone got inflamed. I'm so pissed ㅜ
Please recommend a hospital that removes silicone well and is good at autologous costal cartilage surgery ㅜㅠ
