Or they wrote things to entice people, such as “there was a post saying they were unfriendly, but an ‘acquaintance’ had it done and it turned out well” and “they are good at revision surgery.” Then it was written that regardless of such things, they would go without worrying because the director has good experience and skill, and their acquaintance also had it done there~.
At any hospital, some people end up making the wrong choice because of broker recommendations that are not real reviews, or recommendation posts written by the hospital while pretending to be customers. Think about it~ There are almost never people who voluntarily write posts after receiving surgery well.

If I had known in advance, I would not have had surgery at this hospital, and I regret it. I hope there are no victims like me. After under-eye fat repositioning, I developed discomfort and side effects (scleral show, loss of sensation, changed impression, no improvement in dark circles).
Because I felt anxious, I requested a follow-up with the director, but in the end the hospital did not schedule a director follow-up for me. They answered, “After surgery, it is right to watch the progress for about 6 months to 1 year while seeing how the fat adheres and the engraftment rate.” So I had no choice but to wait, and because I also had experience having many surgeries, I knew some parts improve with time, so I waited.
More than 6 months passed, and the symptoms were the same, so I continued requesting a director follow-up, and I finally, really with great difficulty, got a follow-up appointment. (Until then, the hospital asked me to send photos through KakaoTalk and gave replies through KakaoTalk based on the photos.) In reality, if there had been nothing wrong with my face, there would have been no reason to contact them other than swelling care. It took about 8-9 months to see a follow-up.

The answers I heard after getting that follow-up with such difficulty were absurd. = The director answered quickly because of a surgery afterward and left, and after that the counseling manager gave additional answers.

They cited Article 21 of the Medical Service Act (records, inspection) and did not schedule a follow-up with my guardian. (Lawyer confirmation - this is false information.)

As someone suffering side effects from under-eye fat repositioning, I would like to offer this warning.
A face that has been operated on once can never be returned to its original state. The hospital will not take responsibility either. Even if the hospital takes partial responsibility through a refund or compensation for damages, in the end it cannot reverse side effects that you must live with for life. It cannot realistically take responsibility for the patient’s life forever. In the end, irreversible cosmetic surgery side effects have no choice but to become entirely the patient’s burden.
When side-effect reviews about hospitals are posted on domestic websites and domestic apps, if the hospital requests it, they inevitably may be temporarily blocked first. Countless posts praising cosmetic surgery pour out, but countless side-effect reviews are quickly hidden from consumers’ eyes.
