I wanted to make my eyes bigger from monolids without getting double eyelids, so I searched a ton for lateral canthoplasty. While doing a lot of online research, the most important thing to me was that it wouldn’t reattach, and for slightly more defined eyes, I decided to have surgery with a low double eyelid line. When I actually went, the director, consultant, and nurses were all kind, which was nice, but the front desk staff were so unfriendly.. And the waiting time was really, really, really, really long... wait after this, wait after that, there was a lot of long waiting in between. Before surgery, when I read reviews, many people said it hurt, but for me it really didn’t hurt at all. Aside from discomfort from conjunctival edema on days 2 and 3, it was tolerable. Also, the stitches were quite visible, so a hat is essential until they’re removed. It feels like my field of vision has widened, so I like it hahaha Like 1
