Originally I thought I’d just look into one place and do the consultation and surgery there, but at the last minute I looked into two more places. The two places are tempting, so please recommend one for me.. ㅜ.ㅜ I’ll write down the consultation details for all three places first. First ㅋㅇㅇㅈ - This was the place I originally planned to go to. Because I live in the provinces, I took annual leave and made a Saturday reservation two weeks in advance. When I booked, they asked me which doctor I wanted. I said I’m from outside the city and don’t really know the doctors’ styles; all I had were internet and app photos, and I wanted a doctor whose preferred eye style matched the kind of eyes I wanted. They said I could first consult with the manager and get a recommendation. And that I could also consult with the doctor that same day... But when I actually went, there was only one doctor there, and they said if I consult with the doctor who’s there today, I won’t be able to consult with another doctor. Then they told me to choose a doctor myself... They had said they’d explain the doctors’ styles and help me choose if I visited, but the story changed. ㅋㅋㅋ I wasn’t really sure which doctor to pick, but I said my eye is undone right now so I want to do only one side. I want the double eyelid to match the unbroken eye. I don’t want my image to change too much from my current eyes, so please help me choose a doctor. But the manager looked at the eye whose double eyelid wasn’t undone and said it had opened up because the fold had come undone. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ So if I were to do it, I’d have to do both sides together, and incision would be necessary.. They were clearly saying my right eye had come undone, but they told me my left eye had come undone and gotten bigger... like brainwashing me so I’d mistake it myself. That already left a bad feeling, and they decided my surgery method like they were the operating surgeon, so I just ruled them out. Also, the doctor who would make the eye shape I’m aiming for was off that day, so I couldn’t even consult with them..
Second ㅇㅇㅂ From the phone call onward, the consultation manager here was so kind. They were kind even when I visited. The reviews said the doctor consults in a gentle way and does things in the direction I want, and that was really true. At first, as soon as I went in, they looked at my asymmetric eyes and said the undone eye was prettier. It looked natural. Honestly, my left eye that wasn’t undone was a bit bigger and heavier than the right one. I agreed with that, but I didn’t want to match the undone eye’s line. I felt like having it bigger and then it getting smaller would somehow be unpleasant. Even though I had thought it might look nicer if it were just a little smaller normally...ㅋㅋㅋ When I said that, they said that could be done too, and said to do only the undone eye, and recommended buried suture. They also measured both the left and right eye lines with a ruler to check symmetry, and said they’d do four buried stitches carefully. Since buried suture didn’t feel burdensome, I leaned toward it, and after the consultation I thought I should do it here because I could do only one eye.
Last ㅇㅇㄹㄷ I wasn’t planning to go here because the ㅇㅇㅂ consultation satisfied me, but I went because the reviews were good. I waited 40 minutes and then saw the doctor. Here too, they said they could do buried suture on only one side and make it the line I wanted, and when they said the surgery would take 5 minutes I was shocked ㅋㅋㅋㅋ They said they’d use 6 stitches, and the sutures would be removed on day 2. I wondered if that might make it come undone too quickly, so I hesitated. But the review photos looked okay (though the reviews made me think it might become natural too quickly, so maybe it would come undone fast... and in some reviews, it even looked a bit puffy, like before the double eyelid had come undone..) The doctor said they’d do it the way I wanted, the manager was kind, and above all the biggest thing was the price at the end, which completely swayed me.... The cheapest one is so tempting .. what should I do? I need your recommendations. Please recommend which of ㅇㅇㅂ and ㅇㅇㄹㄷ is better for making the line stay without coming undone ... I need to book by Monday so I can have the surgery on the date I want ㅠㅠ
