If you’re interested in lower eyelid fat repositioning or are about to have surgery, please read this at least once and make a choice you won’t regret.
First of all, the hospital where I had surgery had so many promotional posts in communities and apps. I can’t know whether they were real, advertisements, brokers, or the company itself,
but if you decide on surgery after reading unsourced posts and then get side effects, there’s no answer.
You can’t go back. The fact is, once something is ruined, no matter what amount you pay, it can never be restored.
★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret that I chose a hospital like this because I never saw a post like this.
Don’t regret it like I do. Even if you do regret it, regretting after knowing is different from regretting without knowing. I hope there will never again be another victim like me.

I had surgery at Ix Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa:
lower eyelid fat repositioning + dark circle nano fat grafting + anterior cheek fat grafting.
After that, so many side effects came up?
- Sensation disappeared in half of my face, seems like nerve damage (tingling and numbness through my cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, even my lips)
- Scleral show (the lower eyelid is fixed and doesn’t go up, so my eyes are uneven, and when I smile one eye doesn’t close completely)
- Dark circles (they got worse. People around me say as soon as they see me, why are your dark circles so bad..)
- The aegyo-sal boundary disappeared / symptoms of entropion are also visible
* They discarded my before/after surgery photos too, so they won’t let me check them (Is this really a professional hospital?)
When they’re selling, they say they’re professional. They say people are lined up to get surgery even without seeing the director. Never believe what the consultation manager says.
After these side effects appeared, I requested a follow-up with the director. But they wouldn’t schedule a director follow-up?
(The story is long, so I’ll only write the facts.) They only kept telling me to wait and that we needed to watch it over time, coaxing and avoiding me while not scheduling a director follow-up.
After 8-9 months like that, I was finally able to see the director for a follow-up.
But the answers I got at the follow-up were absurd and impossible to understand, so I requested another follow-up with my guardian,
★ and they boldly gave false and untrue information, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian is a violation of the Medical Service Act? I was so dumbfounded I asked several times.
Both the coordinator team and the consultation manager answered with the same false information. (I have phone and KakaoTalk evidence.)
I said let’s finish this with a full refund and an apology from the staff who gave the false information.
They said they’d refund half? And when I told them the staff who gave the false information should apologize, they said the staff were young and didn’t know, so they would handle it internally.
So I told them not to contact me anymore about future treatment, A/S, revision surgery, or refunds.
And then someone called a general? manager, whom I had never seen at the hospital, contacted me using an alias. It’s the first time I’ve seen a plastic surgery clinic use aliases.
Anyway, the surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I would never have had the surgery.
And they say this is a hospital where there are no later follow-ups with the director. Everyone, know that before deciding on surgery.
As someone currently suffering from side effects, I’ll say just one thing.
"Side effect reviews" get temporarily taken down and so on, so in reality it’s hard for consumers to see them, which makes it difficult to make the right choice.
Across all kinds of apps and communities, mostly only successful posts get uploaded.
Even the successful posts are often written by hospitals, and broker recommendations are extremely common too.
★ Think about it. If someone’s surgery went well, there are no patients who keep managing a review post and replying to comments.
I hope people who are always considering plastic surgery look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be careful.

I hope you recognize the risks of surgery to some degree and decide carefully. I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.
Once something is already ruined, it absolutely cannot be turned back. Hospitals won’t take responsibility either, that’s a fact. There are many hospitals that say they’ll do this and that, then turn around and don’t follow through.
