It’s only been one month since I got my nose done, but it seems like all the major swelling has gone down, and even if the minor swelling goes down, I don’t think it’ll change dramatically.. The nasal tip height feels low, and from the front the nasal tip looks blunt.. They say it’s swelling, but there’s no sign it’ll become slim. My friends also say that from the front it looks like a nose that wasn’t operated on, and from the side it’s only at the level of looking a bit higher, so I’m already thinking about revision surgery.. I did it with autologous costal cartilage, so I’m really upset ㅠㅠ Is it possible to revise only the nasal tip without harvesting autologous costal cartilage again? Even when only doing the nasal tip, does it have to be open approach??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
