Before before before before / after after I got philtrum-nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. How is it?? My friends say it was a good thing I had the surgery lolololol For a long time, I didn’t like how my nose looked from the front because the tip drooped and I had a hump, so I had the hump shaved down and the droopy nose corrected. I even had the philtrum angle corrected, and my image changed a lot after the nose surgery, so it really feels like a proper refresh It’s only been 2 weeks now, so because of the swelling it does look a little excessive, but still, I think it fits the overall balance of my face without being too much, so it seems okay? I just hope the nose tip doesn’t droop again
