My cheekbones were especially large, and the square jaw area behind my ears was also prominent. My chin was not protruding or recessed, but it had a U-line and looked blunt. These days, many men seem to get facial contouring surgery as well, not just eyes/nose. Maybe because I’m the type who doesn’t swell even after eating ramen and sleeping, the swelling went down quickly. I started sweaty weight training after one month, and I think the swelling went down even faster because I walked and exercised diligently. Even to me, I changed a lot. If I had known it would turn out this well, I would have done it sooner. I’m just glad I had the surgery even now. The very last photo is the one taken yesterday when I went for my follow-up. I was originally supposed to go at the 3-month mark, but due to personal circumstances, I ended up going at 4 months. If you leave any questions in the comments, I’ll answer as best as I can.
