I used silicone and septal cartilage, and it came out really natural. (That doesn’t mean the before and after look similar.) As someone who wanted it to look a little more obvious that I had surgery, I’m slightly disappointed, but I don’t think I’ll get revision surgery!
I absolutely hate a thin, sharp-looking nose, so I totally recommend it for people who want a more natural-looking nose.
