I'm on day 6 after revision rhinoplasty During my first surgery, I never even heard about scar tissue, so I never looked inside my nostrils, so I don't know. This time, after the revision, the consultant said there was all kinds of stuff tangled? inside my nose, so they had to scrape it all out, and apparently the doctor said I’ll probably develop a lot of scar tissue. So they recommended hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but the hospital is far from my house and the extra cost is a burden, so I said I wouldn’t do it.. Earlier, I shined a flashlight inside my nose, and that white thing visible inside my nostril was sticking out like that;; I haven’t had the splint stitches removed yet, so I couldn’t touch it.. This is my first time hearing about scar tissue, so I don’t know what it is or what it even looks like ㅠㅠ Could that white protruding thing be scar tissue? Can scar tissue already form by day 6? I heard that if scar tissue forms, the nose can look bulky in the early stageㅠ My nose is slightly bulbous.. so I wanted it to look slim from the front. Haㅜ Could that be scar tissue.. When I shined the flashlight, it was sticking out into almost half of the nostril..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
