Hehe, since a few people were waiting, I’m writing an update~ For my previous breasts, please see my earlier post...
It has already been 25 days since surgery. I was out of my mind and even went overseas, 4 hours away, in week 2. But I absolutely do not recommend it,,,, It’s not like they burst on the plane or anything. Gravity acts the same inside the cabin, so that part is fine. But you have to travel overseas while your whole-body condition is only about half recovered, so on my last day abroad I came back with body aches and enteritis...
Anyway 1. Shape and size Underbust 70 -> 71, upper bust 78 -> 88 The shape is as follows. This was taken on day 9. Maybe because I originally had some flesh and sagging, I was not reborn with pretty breasts like the women here. Still, I’m satisfied~ Since lifting the sagging breasts came first, I’m very satisfied.
2. Swelling By day 3 after surgery, I had gained 3 kg, and after that I ate well because I had to take antibiotics and stayed still like a mummy, so by day 7 I had gained 5 kg;;;; I couldn’t put strength into my abdomen. Seriously, my belly looked like I was 5 months pregnant, then the swelling also went to my butt and thighs, so my pants wouldn’t fit, sob sob,,,,,
I had no choice, so from day 7 I tearfully spent a lot of money on a week’s worth of Elas A + Danggui Suyusan + pumpkin juice, which I sometimes take for swelling care. I kept taking them. After that, I lost a little over 1.5 kg....
What worked best for swelling was the enteritis that came together with body aches in week 2! At that time, eating was painful, so for two days I basically lived on IV fluids at the hospital. After suffering from enteritis for about 3 days, my lower abdomen and face fat went right back down. It wasn’t intentional, but I suddenly lost 3 kg, and only now, after 3 weeks, I’m back to my original weight. I think I caught enteritis at just the right time lol
3. Pain and scars
It was an inframammary incision, and I can’t see the scar. I haven’t seen it;;; They said my scar seemed like it would last a long time, so I must come in once a week and get treatment directly from the director. So honestly, I haven’t been able to check the scar. According to the director, it’s getting better. And I don’t have stinging or pain in the scar either, so I’m just accepting it.
Pain....... It’s a kind of pain I’ve never felt before, so it’s unpleasant. In my case, for the first week after breast surgery, because of the compression bra and upper band, I couldn’t even recognize the pain in the breasts themselves. I’m someone who is extremely terrified of being bound by something, to the point that I once fainted after wearing a corset in the past. But they said my breasts absolutely needed the upper band and compression bra strictly for 3 months,,,,,,, ha, I went back and forth with the determination to die.
And really, for one week, the compression bra and upper band were so frighteningly hard that I couldn’t feel the pain in the breasts themselves at all. On days when they tightened me too much, I even briefly fainted at home. This varies by person, and I’m especially afraid of corset-like things, so please don’t be too scared...
By week 2, I finally barely got used to it. I could also feel a heavy pain in my breasts. I still can’t sleep lying flat. If I lie down and get up, the armpit area hurts as if it’s being cut. Fortunately, I have an adjustable bed, so sleeping at an incline isn’t hard. Even now I can’t sleep lying flat. Sleeping at an incline has become comfortable.
When did I feel breast pain the most? When I had a fever from enteritis and body aches, I felt it the most. I felt like the area around the implants inside my breasts became extremely hard. It felt like my breasts were burning. Well, at that time my temperature was almost 38.7 degrees, so even without implants, my whole body probably would have hurt like it had been beaten.
Now that it’s week 3, it’s livable. They told me to wear only the upper band because the compression bra kept rubbing the scar, and maybe because of that, I feel like I’ve gotten somewhat friendly with the implants and upper band now.
Only now am I really feeling the saying that humans are creatures of adaptation. I won’t talk about the feel because it hasn’t even been a month yet, so that’s outside the discussion for now. It feels like touching implants inside fat. It’s not hard. It’s soft.
For care, I received Healite? and a breast pack. I’m looking forward to capsulitis care at the 1-month mark.
I had the surgery reluctantly because they said my breasts were in a very difficult condition, and so far I’m satisfied.
But because it’s a major surgery, really, my body condition has only recovered about 70%. Maybe because I’m older~ People in their 20s say they’re totally fine,,, Now that I’m in my mid-30s, my stamina has dropped a lot after breast surgery. (I’m someone who was doing 70 kg barbell squats right up until the day before surgery~) I can’t exercise either, so other than walking, I’m doing nothing now, and my stamina has gotten even worse. Please time your surgery well~
