The consultant looked like she hadn’t had plastic surgery, and somehow had the comfortable vibe of a nurse at an old-established (not in a bad way x) hospital. She carefully read what I wrote before the consultation, so it felt a bit comfortable and nice. The director was kind too. He explained things thoroughly, judged while looking at the CT, and when I said it was revision surgery, he said it might be better to just go back to the previous hospital and ask them to fix it again. I wasn’t sure if it felt like he was reluctant to do a somewhat difficult surgery, or if he was worried about the cost getting high, but just from how it felt, it seemed like the latter, so I decided to take it in a good way. Still, the revision surgery cost was on the lower side compared with other hospitals, and there was no pressure to pay the same day. Since I have a deviated septum, they even explained how to process it through indemnity insurance. If it weren’t for the price I think I would have gone here, but I’m thinking because of the cost....

Silicone + septal cartilage + artificial cartilage (Medpor) I had surgery here a few years ago, but just in case, I had gone to other places. Since it takes 1 hour to get the consultation, make this place your very last consultation.. I really waited here for over an hour and a half.. The person taking photos also kept urging me to come quickly like they just wanted to get the work over with, it was chaos,, sigh anyway I met the director again, and he said he knows my nose is very crooked and that he would do the revision cheaply, but he told me to present to him what materials were used and what direction the surgery should take. So I tried somehow to get an answer out of him, but it really felt like wringing water out of a dry towel, so even after the consultation I didn’t feel refreshed.. Of course, because of the cost, I have no choice but to trust him and lie down again this time,,, Still, they have CCTV and a specialist anesthesiologist, so I’m going to try trusting them again. Because according to the director, it was because I keep touching my nose, so he said it got crooked because of my fault, and after revision surgery I must absolutely not touch my nose. So I decided to try doing that.. But seriously, the consultants change often and the wait is too long,, I really hope this will finally be my last time coming here.
