Before (3 years ago), I got down to 45 kg with LAMS. I also took the diet medication given by the LAMS clinic, and for two months the weight just kept falling off, so I saw body lines I had never had in my life: But the joy was short-lived. As soon as the clinic treatment ended, I gained weight right back, and I realized that when it comes to “fat,” there is no permanent procedure.
