My first surgery before went naturally well, and my nose didn't become sharp or anything like that, so even after surgery it looked plump from the front and I worked hard on shading. But I really liked the side line because it connected naturally with my forehead, so I had been living satisfied with it. But after 1 year? 2 years? soft black blood started filling up in the nasal bridge, so I often had to keep going back repeatedly to have it drained. Then the nasal tip dropped a bit, and a boundary formed between the nasal bridge and nasal tip, which bothered me and felt uncomfortable.
Three years later, at the same hospital, I asked them to make the nasal tip higher and had revision surgery for free. From the front it became slimmer, so I no longer needed shading, but my nose became longer, and this time they inserted the silicone shorter, so the boundary was visible right away, and as time passed the boundary became even more noticeable. From the side it looks bumpy, and I guess I should say the nasal tip has drooped downward? It isn't pretty..
Even after the revision, I suffered again from inflammation where blood filled up in the nasal bridge, so I looked into hospitals for silicone removal and all that, but real life was busy, and I also couldn't find a hospital that used materials I liked. For the past year recently, there hasn't been inflammation or anything like that, so I thought maybe I won't have the inflammation with blood filling in the nasal bridge anymore, and maybe I'll just live like this.
This time, while looking into eyes, I also had a consultation for my nose, and I'm torn.. whether it's okay to have a third surgery, whether this time it will finally be the last one. The silicone boundary is visible and the nasal tip has drooped, so I'm dissatisfied with the shape, but if there's no inflammation now, I don't know if leaving it untouched is the best option.
