After<Before rhinoplasty>Before<Today, day 13>I had surgery only on the nasal tip using autologous costal cartilage. When the splint was first removed after surgery, it had become fairly higher, but my nose filled with blood, so I had non-open irrigation, then wore a compression bandage for a few days. Maybe because of that, the nasal tip has noticeably lowered. Compared with my previous nose, it's almost hard to tell... basically only the hump was slightly shaved down. It's day 13, and if it has already lowered this much, I wonder how much more it will droop.. The doctor said there is a possibility it may droop more, and if I look at it after 5 months and still don't like it, they mentioned revision surgery. But I'm not suited to surgery, and I went through such a hard time that I don't think I can ever do it again, so I'm really upset. After 3 months, once more swelling goes down, I feel like it won't even look high at all and will just look like my own nose, but I'm upset because I spent money and there isn't much difference How much lower will it get
