Fixation strength in incisional double eyelid surgery

Not long after my first incisional surgery, the double eyelid loosened, so I had revision surgery at the same clinic. But during the revision, they made the fixation stronger than before so it wouldn’t loosen again, and I think it may have been made too strong. Even when I close my eyes, the line is deep, and it also seems to have a bit of a sausage-like look. So I asked whether the fixation might have been done too strongly, and they said that if they make it any weaker than this, it will loosen, so they can’t redo it. I don’t know if my eyes really are in that kind of condition, or if the doctor is just saying this because they don’t want to do another revision.. If I go ask at a few other clinics, would I be able to get an answer on whether the current fixation is appropriate for my eyes or too strong?
