Hehe I had nose surgery 5 years ago with silicone + septal cartilage But as time went on, my nose started drooping like an arrow nose? and the nose that used to be defined started to have the columella droop down??? As you can see in the photo, I have a long midface, and the starting point of my nose is too high too, and as the columella drooped, my nose ended up looking even longer It’s so stressful, so I’m trying to get revision surgery. My nasal bridge wasn’t originally on the low side, so I want to remove the silicone and only lift the nasal tip! So that my nose looks shorter. I’m not greedy about nose height, and the point is for it to look harmonious on my face and not make my midface look long. From what you all see, what do you think, and what kind of surgery do you think would be good for me? Please give me advice!@@
