Nasal silicone removal

It has been over 10 years since my nose surgery. I have pressure in my nose and nasal congestion symptoms, so I am planning to remove the silicone. I consulted with [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. [Clinic A] said that if the silicone is removed, my nose would become as low as my original nose, and that the bridge and the step-off between the nasal bridge and tip need to be filled with AlloDerm. They said nothing can be done about the crooked columella? [Clinic B] said my nose would not become much lower even if the silicone is removed, and that I need silicone removal, correction of a deviated septum, and correction of the crooked columella. Both doctors looked tired, and I cannot believe the two places could say such different things. I am curious about silicone-removal reviews for [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] ([Doctor A])!
