I had diced cartilage nasal-tip surgery, but it has shifted to one side, and the alar reduction is uneven too. Even a month later, my nasal tip is still red. I regret having surgery without researching more. Is it difficult to remove the cartilage particles? I am so upset that I cannot sleep, wondering how I should resolve this going forward. T_T
