Double-eyelid surgery consultation review

I had planned to get my nose done first and then decide after all the swelling went down and I could see my face, but after being recommended it, I wanted to do both together too... These are the double-eyelid consultations I had when I went for nose consultations. For reference, I have monolids with no major inner corner obstruction and relatively little upper-eyelid fat. [Clinic A] recommended incisional burial sutures + ptosis correction, with either an in or in-out line. They advised against canthoplasty. It definitely looked pretty when they created the line, so I got tempted. But the surgery takes two and a half hours—is it normally that long? [Clinic B] recommended burial sutures only. I do not remember the line well, but it was probably in or in-out. They also advised against canthoplasty. They said surgery would take 15 minutes. Legendary. But for now, I have the huge task of fixing my upturned nose, so I do not have the bandwidth to visit clinics for double-eyelid surgery too.
