This is my first surgery. I had been a little dissatisfied with my nasal tip, then someone I know got such a pretty result that I impulsively paid for surgery at the same clinic.. I was told they used donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip, and 2 mm for the bridge. I could not breathe through my nose after surgery, which was difficult, but when the nasal packing was removed, my face looked so ugly, like a pig nose, that I was shocked. The pig-nose appearance seems to have improved with time, but this time, after having the splint removed, I was even more shocked because my face looked so foreign and like Pinocchio. It has been 6 days since surgery and I had the splint removed yesterday. They said my forehead and glabella are still very swollen and that it will improve as the swelling goes down, but my face, especially my profile, looks so different from what I expected that I look like Pinocchio My mom keeps saying it turned out well, but I think she may be lying to comfort me Can someone look at the photos and give me their judgment? I want to go to the clinic and ask them to lower my nose again. What do you think?? Will the tip go down over time too? Or will it stay as it is?? What should I do
