The consultant did the extractions. Not good. Unfriendly. Recommended other procedures. There was no explanation of postoperative care after the procedure either. There was no smile in their expression. Are they really in the service industry? They do not seem able to explain things or properly assess my current skin condition. The consultant lacks expertise. The extractions did not inspire any trust at all. I do not even know whether they were thorough, and the doctor came by, administered one anti-inflammatory injection, and the procedure was over. There was no specific explanation or guidance; there were no other customers, yet I received factory-like service. They seemed vaguely annoyed. Next time I will get acne extractions somewhere else.
