If your desired nasal direction aligns with theirs, you may be able to receive advice about surgical methods, but it would be difficult to consult there with the intention of having surgery at this clinic... Do not spend a consultation fee unnecessarily; go to another clinic. It is better to let go of any expectation that they might possibly operate on you...
