During the consultation, I did not particularly feel that they were warm, but they clearly explained that some freckles and melasma could become darker and asked whether I could accept that risk of side effects. They said it could get worse, so I deliberated over whether to do it, then decided to proceed. Fortunately, the results were good. There are a few areas that have not completely disappeared, but they have not become darker. If you simply want to remove facial freckles all at once, I recommend it. Since there is a chance they may recur and some superficial freckles still remain, I will probably go again later. It has now been about 10 months, and there are no freckles bothersome enough to notice. It is convenient because I no longer need to cover freckles with concealer. The procedure was not very painful because numbing cream was applied.
