Review of 3-type facial contouring and facial liposuction.. I think all the major swelling has gone down ([Clinic A])

As you can see, I had a complete moon-face because of the empty space beside my eyes, a wide lower face, and lots of facial fat T_T. Even when I lost weight elsewhere, the fat in my face would not go away, and a CT scan showed that my bones themselves were already on the larger side than other people's 😭 So I decided on 3-type facial contouring plus facial liposuction! I had been eagerly waiting for the surgery date, but when it actually came around, I was a little scared too haha. On the day of surgery, [Doctor A] redid the design with a pen while checking the location of the nerve lines and symmetry 😊 They said that bone should not simply be shaved away indiscriminately; they would carefully avoid the nerve lines, leave a slight angle beneath the ears, and create a smooth connection down to the chin tip 🥹 I was most stressed about my side cheekbones and the 45-degree cheekbone area, so I felt reassured when they said they would reduce those areas clearly and secure them firmly! Because I have to speak a lot for work, I was very worried about swelling, but there was less swelling than I expected, so I returned to daily life quickly 🥹 During the first week, I was still swollen, but I think I kept looking in the mirror because I was excited to see how the contour would turn out lol. After having the stitches inside my mouth removed, I checked the CT images with the doctor, and the contour was really clean 😭 The protruding 45-degree cheekbones had been tucked inward and firmly secured! I was truly amazed by how smooth the square-jaw line looked 🤗 Around the one-month mark, I took walks every day and diligently did mouth-opening exercises to reduce the swelling quickly! My acquaintances had no idea I had surgery and said I looked like I had lost weight lol. I have been hearing that my face has become so small ✌🏻 And the most important thing: sensation! People say that after 3-type facial contouring, sensation in the chin tip returns last, and that was true for me too 🥹 I felt a ticklish, numb, tingling sensation around the chin tip, but I think it has almost completely returned now haha. I am still being careful when eating hard or chewy foods! I think all the major swelling is gone now, and it will be even better once the residual swelling goes down 😍
