Whenever my anxiety flares up, I think about getting another round, but my friends stop me. They say they are already plump enough. It has been a year since I got them done. But the upper lip faded a bit faster, so I only got a lip-line tattoo on the upper lip. This combination seems good: a plump lower lip + upper-lip tattoo. I recommend it. I got the lip filler at a high-volume clinic, and for the tattoo, I searched Instagram and went somewhere known for a natural look.
