I previously had breast surgery with Sebbin implants, but as a lot of time passed, I started having concerns about the shape and feel, so I began considering revision surgery. This time, I had my existing implants removed and replaced with Mentor Boost implants. Since this was also the clinic where I had my previous surgery, I consulted [Doctor A] at [Clinic A] again. Because it was a revision, I was much more worried than with my first surgery, but the doctor explained my current breast condition in detail and honestly discussed what to expect after surgery, which helped me decide. On the day of surgery, while marking the design, the doctor asked once again about the shape I wanted and carefully considered the overall balance. I said I did not want to become too small, so I wanted to maintain a certain amount of volume haha
It is only my second day after surgery, so I still have bandages on and swelling, and it is not yet the stage where I can see the exact shape. Perhaps because it was a revision, I feel tightness and discomfort when moving, but I am coping better than I expected. I currently also have a drainage tube, so it is a little uncomfortable, but it is scheduled to be removed today. The staff have continuously checked on me before and after surgery and kindly answered every question, which has put me at ease. It is still far too early to evaluate the result, so I plan to slowly watch the swelling go down and the implants settle. Since I switched to Mentor Boost this time, I am also curious about how the feel and shape will settle. For now, I only have photos with bandages, but I will slowly leave further updates too 🩷
