A review of [Clinic A]

I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, but only my right side came undone, so I had revision surgery. It was tiresome to keep using double-eyelid tape on only one side, and doing it myself made the crease look uneven. A younger acquaintance had double-eyelid surgery at [Clinic A] and hers has not come undone for three years, so I thought mine would hold well too if I went to the same place. I booked a consultation and went through with surgery. My first impression when I entered was that it was clean. There were not many people at first, but when I came out after the consultation, it had become quite crowded. The consultation was long, so I recommend booking a time before noon. After checking in, I consulted with the coordinator, then went into the consultation room to meet the surgeon. They said a crease can come undone because it was designed incorrectly, or because an epicanthal fold is pronounced. My epicanthal fold was not extremely pronounced, but there was still some pulling force at the inner portion of my double-eyelid crease. They explained that the incorrectly designed right crease and a slight epicanthal-fold issue were overlapping, so the best way to prevent the crease from coming undone again was to revise only the right double eyelid and perform upper epicanthoplasty on both eyes. My biggest concern was that revising the double eyelid on only one side would create uneven creases between the two eyes. But the surgery achieved good symmetry. Perhaps because I had upper epicanthoplasty as well, my eyes seem slightly more open, and the softened inner eye shape makes them prettier, so my face looks a bit different when I smile. It has now been over a year. Unlike before, when it came undone after only three months, it has lasted a long time, so I think it will last at least three years like my acquaintance's. People around me keep saying it looks pretty... There were days when I panicked, wondering whether only my acquaintance's eyes had turned out well, but I guess it was simply a clinic that is good at this.
