During the consultation, I was told that the areas where sweat concentrates vary by person, so it is important to identify that range first. It only stung a little during anesthesia, and the miraDry procedure itself was almost painless. Immediately afterward, my underarms swelled prominently and I had some bruising, so it was uncomfortable when keeping my arms close to my body, but it gradually improved after a few days. The change I personally noticed was that sweat marks appeared on my clothes less often. I used to check my underarms first whenever I went out, but that happens noticeably less these days haha. It is not that not a single drop of sweat comes out at all, but life has become more comfortable than before the procedure. At first I chose it solely based on the clinic's skill, but it was good that the doctor personally handled everything from consultation to procedure, and so far I am satisfied 👍
