I was able to see the director after waiting an hour past my appointment time, and the consultation lasted about 3–4 minutes. They explained the surgical duration and method well. I also liked the crease. However, there was pressure to pay a reservation deposit. I was somewhat deliberating because of the deposit. At first, they said the provisional reservation deposit was nonrefundable and could be converted to dermatology treatments, but later said that if I truly could not have surgery here, they would make it refundable. That felt like wordplay, and although I had wanted to book surgery, it instead made me reluctant.
