Breast Surgery Reviews

Motiva through an inframammary incision completely solved my hollow, sagging upper breasts!

My breasts were not extremely small, but they had lost firmness and felt like they were sagging downward... When dressed, I could somehow cover it with a padded bra, so everyone asked why I wanted surgery. But when I saw my bare breasts while showering, the upper breasts looked hollow while only the lower part was full, and it stressed me out every time I looked in the mirror. I kept putting it off because I was worried about recovery time and pain, but [Clinic A] said it uses sedation plus intercostal nerve block, with almost no pain and meticulous pocket dissection, so I went for a consultation. They said both inframammary and transaxillary incisions were possible, but inframammary seemed easier for postoperative care, so I chose that! [Doctor A] looked at my hollow upper-breast area and body frame and recommended 285 cc Motiva implants. After surgery, I thought I would not even be able to lift my arms, but it was only a heavy, tight feeling, which surprised me lol. Recovery is really fast! Now there is no excessively full upper pole, and my breasts are filled beautifully from the upper breast with just the firmness I wanted. At first, I wondered if 285 cc would be small, but it fits my 68 cm chest circumference naturally and beautifully! They are also gradually becoming softer to the touch, so I am extremely satisfied!
