Hi everyone! It has finally been exactly three months since my three-procedure facial contouring surgery, so I came to write a review! Before surgery, my face had very severe left-right asymmetry from the front. My cheekbones protruded much more than my cheek fat, making me look intense, and my square jaw made my overall facial outline look hard and strong, which stressed me out so much. Every time I took a selfie, I was busy using editing apps to slim my jaw and push in my cheekbones... Eventually, I made up my mind to have surgery! During the consultation, the doctor examined me very thoroughly. It was not simply, “Let’s shave this area”; while looking at the CT, they checked the shape of my bones, muscles, and even the location of my nerve lines one by one. Regarding the frontal asymmetry that worried me most, they designed in detail which angles should be adjusted for naturally balanced symmetry, how much to reduce cheekbone width, and how to refine the chin tip so the overall proportions would work. I trusted them immediately! Now that about three months have passed, the major swelling is gone and the residual swelling is settling down. I am honestly amazed every time I look in the mirror. The severe left-right asymmetry has been corrected so neatly and visibly! As my protruding cheekbones have been brought in, the overall facial line flows softly; my square jaw is now smooth and slim, with none of that bulky feel at all! They refined my chin tip stylishly too, creating the soft, non-excessive egg-shaped face line I wanted exactly. People around me keep saying my face has gotten so small and my impression is much softer, so I am so happy T_T I think facial contouring is more than 90% the doctor’s skill and design, and I feel like bowing to the doctor every day for such attentive care... If anyone is deliberating because of asymmetry, cheekbones, or a square jaw, deliberating only delays the swelling from going down, so please at least get a consultation!
