Even though I had lower canthoplasty two to three years ago, my eyes continued to look cramped. Perhaps because of the lower canthoplasty, they were only widened downward, and the shape of the outer corners was different on each side, which always bothered me T_T. I put it off for a long time, wondering whether it was okay to have another canthoplasty after already having one. Then I saw revision cases of Wonder Canthoplasty, which combines lateral canthoplasty and lowering of the outer eye corners, and went to [Clinic A] for a consultation.
I worried that lateral canthoplasty might look too obvious, but they determined how much to widen and lower based on my eye size, so I decided on the spot. It is the day of surgery, and the sutures are barely visible and the pain is not severe. Only during this consultation did I understand why my eyes had not looked more open after the lower canthoplasty. It is too early to call it a result because it is the same day, but compared with before surgery, the horizontal length has increased naturally to suit my eyes without being excessive. I think I need to see more of how it settles after the swelling goes down.
