For anyone here with a columellar strut, can you purse your lips normally without feeling your philtrum being pulled? Autologous costal cartilage with septal extension is seriously like an apartment building—it has no intention of moving. Since it is fixed when I make expressions, it looks extremely unnatural, so I tried to live with a blank expression for five months, but there are too many funny things in the world. I quickly cover my face with my hand whenever I laugh, haha.
