I had rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting together at Private in Sinsa, and I am generally satisfied. The rhinoplasty added volume and height, and the fat grafting refined my facial contours. (I have no intention of getting facial contouring surgery or touching the bone T_T.) Overall, my facial lines feel well refined.
Perhaps because the nose is in the center of the face, or because my original nose was so unattractive that the before-and-after difference is substantial, my overall impression has changed a lot, and even how other people treat me has changed somewhat.
Recovery was a little tough, but I treated it as if I were dead for a few weeks, stayed home, and went out only at night to walk and walk some more. I think it was manageable, and I would probably do it again even if I could go back.
Most of all, my appearance complex is gone, so I am happy.
