Skin Botox Side Effects..?

I received skin Botox at the cheapest clinic because I heard it would improve fine lines and skin quality T_T. My skin has improved and there has been some improvement in fine lines, but maybe because I also had it in my forehead, my muscles will not move... My eyes have become smaller, my eye muscles feel completely strange, I cannot make facial expressions, my eyes look smaller, and the area has become puffy T_T. Please research carefully before doing it. I do not know whether it is a clinic issue, but think carefully before getting it in the forehead.
