As time has passed, much of the swelling has gone down and the overall line has become natural. The upturned-nose look that bothered me most has improved significantly. I’m satisfied that my nostrils show less from the front, and that the nasal tip is not overly pointed but has settled into the slim look I wanted. I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage and no implant with Dr. Kim Hyun-woo at Wont Plastic Surgery. In the past, I worried about my nose enough to retouch it in every photo, but these days I definitely worry less. My first surgery caused me a lot of stress, but now I live with a much more comfortable mindset than before T_T I still need to watch the progress further, but I’m satisfied so far. For those deliberating revision surgery for an upturned or short nose like mine, I hope you consult several places and decide on the method that suits you :)
