Before surgery, I had no breast volume, so the line from my waist to my hips looked more straight up and down. After surgery, I have curves, so it is less noticeable than before lol. No weight changes, no exercise. It seems like the effect of how rhinoplasty can improve a protruding mouth....??
I had also been deliberating over lung-ring surgery, but after breast surgery, that thought completely disappeared lol. I am not particularly old, but I was concerned that my breasts sagged like an elderly woman's. After surgery, my upper-breast volume came back, and maybe it is skin elasticity? They look firmer, so I look much younger haha.
Also, regardless of which bra I wear, as long as it is the right size, there is no cup gaping~~ That is what I like best. Before, when I wore tight clothes, a sports bra made my breasts look too small, while a bra that made them look larger would show all the cup gaping through the fitted clothing, so I could not dress how I wanted...^^
I really deliberated over which implant to get, but Mentor seemed cost-effective, so I got 350 cc Mentor implants on both sides. Even after deciding, I worried a lot until surgery: people get Motiva a lot these days, so maybe there is a reason; what did it feel like when I touched it; and so on. But I do not regret getting Mentor. I think it is an excellent implant for the price. It feels soft like real breasts when touched, and it does not create a bowl-like shape when I lie down.
The recovery period was a little difficult. Still, since I had an inframammary incision, I think I recovered faster than people who had axillary incisions T_T?? I could not give up tank tops in summer, so I chose the inframammary incision, and it was great. I care a lot about other people's attention, so I probably would not have been able to wear short-sleeved tops or tank tops freely and comfortably in summer lol. Anyway, I have zero regrets about the implants, size, or incision location.
And what was really amazing after breast surgery was that I could immediately feel the force of gravity...^^ I had never felt it before lol.
