Revision double-eyelid surgery review, including eye-shape correction

I had double-eyelid surgery about two years ago, but as seen in my preoperative photo, the line became extremely thin and the definition simply disappeared... I even developed multiple creases, and the way my eyes looked droopy bothered me, so I went to several revision consultations. At other places, they would have me blink a few times, make the line once or twice, and briefly explain that a buried-suture procedure would work, which was a little disappointing. But Dr. Kim Yang-seok at [Clinic A] looked not only at eye position but also eyebrow position. He explained one by one how the eye shape would change depending on how high the line was made, so I understood the consultation best there. He did not simply look at my eyes from the front; he carefully checked the force used to open my eyes and how I looked when frowning while designing, so I decided on this place. The surgery was a buried-suture procedure. I tend to swell easily, so there was more swelling than expected at first, but it went down quickly because I diligently used compresses. Now most of the swelling is gone, and the line is what I wanted, so I am glad I had revision surgery.
