Nose Surgery Reviews

Successful fourth revision rhinoplasty review: finally done ⭐️

It has been 2 months since my nose surgery! To get straight to the point, I am extremely satisfied... (I sincerely thank Dr. Kim Jin-seong at [Clinic A] ❤️) After going to many clinics, I have finally graduated from nose surgery on my fourth attempt T_T In my case, all of my first, second, and third surgeries were implant-free procedures (I had tried everything: ear cartilage, AlloDerm, even septal cartilage T_T). My nasal tip skin is very thin, so the tip showed through starting after my first surgery. Because of that, I had revision surgery using temporal fascia, but the same thing happened with the second surgery... So for my third rhinoplasty, I had all the implant-free materials inside, including ear cartilage, removed...! I thought removing every implant-free material in my nose would fix everything. But my bridge became lower and the shape was no longer as pretty as before, so whenever I looked in the mirror, all I could see was my lowered nose. I think I was really struggling with appearance-related obsessive thoughts T_T While I was becoming exhausted from repeated surgeries, I learned about [Clinic A], which was known for revision rhinoplasty. The last remaining implant-free material option was autologous costal cartilage, sob sob. On top of that, I had an issue with costal cartilage calcification (despite being in my twenties... sigh, this really gave me a headache), so I almost could not have surgery. But the doctor carefully reviewed my CT scans and said surgery could proceed using an area with minimal calcification. I had a design in mind, so until right before surgery I kept asking the doctor to do this and that, probably to the point of being annoying. But I think it turned out much prettier than the design I wanted lol. The line is glamorous yet natural, so overall I feel my impression has become more refined. Honestly, the surgery went so well and the line is so pretty that I almost want to keep it to myself. But I was also someone who suffered from repeated rhinoplasties... I wrote a long review hoping it may help even a little for people who might be going through the same difficulties. I hope this post helps. If you are looking into revision rhinoplasty, I recommend going for a consultation. + As an aside, I sometimes get spiritual fortune readings. I narrowed it down to only truly accurate readers, made several clinic lists, and asked for the clinic best at rhinoplasty lol. All three shamans I saw told me to go to [Clinic A] (saying this would be the clinic with the highest satisfaction with surgery...), which was one reason I had it done here. Truly T_T I do not regret it. I think I made such a good choice having it done at [Clinic A]!!!
