Dr. Oh So-min explained things according to my body type and condition while reflecting the direction I wanted as much as possible, which gave me confidence. (It was also more comfortable to consult because the doctor is a woman.) Consultation manager Kim Se-in also understood my needs well, accommodated them carefully, and helped me feel comfortable during the consultation. I was satisfied with the entire consultation process and felt confident, so without much deliberation, I paid the surgery deposit and booked it right that day!
