Because it is a large hospital, I went without high expectations, but the head doctor explained things in far greater detail than I expected. They carefully analyzed what structural issues my eyes had, and which aspects of the look in my reference photos would be difficult to achieve even with surgery because of my inherent structural issues. I learned a lot, and they worked hard to explain until I had no more questions, which inspired trust.
