I was worried because my initial surgery left me with very sausage-like eyelids, but now, two years later, the crease looks much more natural than before. From consultation through surgery, the clinic was very thorough, which was good; however, even with an appointment, waiting more than 30 minutes was unavoidable. The staff often seemed overwhelmed too.
On the other hand, I was extremely satisfied with the doctor’s consultation, postoperative care, and surgery, so it was tolerable. I have keloid-prone skin, and whenever a keloid began to form at the medial canthoplasty area, the clinic repeatedly gave me free steroid injections and monitored my progress. They were kind enough to do that.
