I had surgery around October 2024, and it seems this doctor is no longer here now. My previously incisional double-eyelid crease came undone, so I had revision surgery with the non-incisional method. I visited a total of five places for consultations. This doctor was the kindest and explained things most thoroughly, and the consultation manager was very empathetic too. Two places recommended an incisional procedure, while three places including this one recommended the non-incisional method. I excluded one because it was too expensive and involved an additional surgery; another was a clinic that makes videos online, but the doctor seemed a little tired. (There was no difference in explanation or price from this place.) Anyway, my satisfaction with the surgery was high immediately afterward, though for personal reasons I would like revision surgery again... The doctor was not a ghost doctor either (after I woke from sedation, I heard them chatting with a nurse while operating... lol), and seemed quick-handed. Since it was non-incisional, there was no separate stitch removal or postoperative care, but there was no problem at all with the crease line, and they created a pretty semi-out line. If I have revision surgery, I would be willing to return for a consultation.
