Because this place charges a consultation fee, I expected to be able to review the consultation details and surgical materials a little more thoroughly, but personally there were aspects that left me disappointed. During the consultation, the discussion focused more on celebrity photos and the surgeon’s blog than surgical cases, and it was harder than expected to review many actual before-and-after surgical photos. In particular, I wanted to use results from cases similar to mine as a reference, but I was unable to compare specific cases. Even during the preoperative consultation process, rather than CT imaging or detailed examinations, they only took photos externally and checked inside my nose with a cotton swab, so it was a little difficult to specifically anticipate the postoperative appearance based on the consultation alone. Overall, they seemed to place importance on natural-looking results, and I was told that because they do not use implants, the burden of concern about complications is relatively lower. However, since I personally wanted to decide only after sufficiently reviewing actual surgical cases and before-and-after results from similar cases before the consultation, this aspect was disappointing.
