It has been several years since surgery, but I am posting a review only now. At first it was okay, but even though I had surgery using donated costal cartilage, the nasal tip gradually drooped, then within a year or two it had drooped far too much. There is now a step-off between the nasal tip and silicone portion, even with an indentation. It is worse now. Honestly, I did not want revision surgery, and the doctor had moved to another place, so I was going to just live with it. But lately I have been so preoccupied and stressed by it that I am looking into revision surgery. This is different from simply feeling that the nose is drooping. It feels as though the supporting part was not firmly fixed T_T.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 6 Review: 2 years after my first rhinoplasty

First of all, the doctor is extremely kind. They explained the basic knowledge about rhinoplasty while drawing it out on paper, and when I showed photos of the look I wanted, communication went smoothly. I had been deliberating because too

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 5 Is there a procedure to slightly lower the nasal tip for a short nose?
Would this be called an upturned nose? My nose is somewhat short, though I do not think the bridge is low. The nose seems to stop short as it comes down, which I am deliberating over. Is there a procedure that makes the nasal tip extend a…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 5 6-month review of rhinoplasty
It has been 6 months since I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Seon-gu at Cocoline! I deliberated a lot before having the surgery, but it turned out even better than I expected, and I am satisfied because it seems to have settled in well now! I

The front-desk consultants were kind and nice, but the doctor's consultation was very short, and when examining my face, it felt as though they held it somewhat firmly. They seem to have clear personal standards for which surgeries are…
